Of everything you learned, what do you think will have the biggest impact on student learning?
I think the technology will have the biggest impact on student learning. I started the course with minimal knowledge about blogs, wikis, websites, and google docs. I feel that the things I have learned in class will help me enhance my lessons and motivate my students. I feel that the students will be more prepared as they enter the world around them.

Planning for a Successful Project
Communicating About the Project
We will present the project to the students using a power point. We will review and explain student samples. We will go over expectations and rubrics.
Timing and Transitions
We will begin our PBL after AIMS. We will follow the schedule for teaching and working on the PBL while being flexible to the needs of our students.
Collaboration
We will have the students in small groups of 3-4 students. The groups will be made of students with different and unique academic levels, learning styles, and behaviors.
Materials/Equipment/Technology/Outside Resources/Facilities
We will have the students assigned to specific computers. Students will have specific roles in thier groups. Students in charge of technology will be responsible for gathering technology. We will stay in our classroom for the entire time.
Grading
Our students will use checklists and rubrics to guide their PBL. I will walk around the room using a checklist to make sure that the students are staying on task.

Module 6
This module has helped me think about self-directed learners and the role of differentiation in the following ways….
It has helped me to think of the different resources that must be made available for self directed learners. I think that having a checklist is a must. I also feel like it is important to allow the students to explore a subject and dive deeper into the content being studied. I feel like we had already planned for differentiation in our unit. I know that differentiation is extremely important to make sure that all students are being challenged and are not frusterated or failing.

This module has helped me think about student-centered assessment in the following ways….
It has helped me to critically think about the ways I assess and the means that I assess. The planning of the unit has been a good example of how to create a student centered classroom. I know that the types of assessment for a teacher centered classroom and a student centered classroom will be different.

How can technology be used most effectively to support and assess student learning?
Technology can be used to support and assess student learning by allowing students the resources to find information. Surveys allow me to formatively assess my students. The blogs quickly allow my student to respond to questions.
